We recently did some beautiful photos of my children. I appreciate that she has respected to not post them online. I’m really happy with the results. I just received them last night! The children look beautiful! I really appreciate that she was able to bring out my daughter’s shy fun and loving personality. She also really captured the crazy essence of my son. Thank you so much!

Worked with her recently. We photographed on a hike location for headshots & full body shots of my fitness instagram. I really enjoyed working with her. I love the photos that we did. She gets a 12/10 for me. There were some questionable poses BUT everything turned out so well! I feel very beautiful <3

Let’s be honest here, you’re not gonna like everything I have to say. I had an amazing time. I felt great. I fell and somehow she made me stuck in the mud look like it was on purpose. All I had to do was move my hands in the place that she told me too and arch my back. Now here’s the problem, she took almost five weeks to get my photos back to me. Now that’s the only issue I have. I know she was going through some things, but she told me three weeks. The photos turned out amazing by the way. But the principle of the matter is the fact that she was a week and a day late, which technically means two weeks late. Just something to think about. Other people I have talked to have not been late on their’s so I don’t know what was wrong with mine. I feel like I should have gotten them for free at that point but she was kind enough to do an additional 10 minute photo session with a brand new outfit later on and gave me eight new photos and those were in a timely manner. I don’t even think those were a week. So there’s some good and some bad.

In 2023, I met this young lady down in South Carolina. She was doing some kind of remodeling job. I know she was living in her car that’s why we connected. She came over to my alley an ask me if I want tell her that my stories. I was homeless, ya see. I had a lot of bad tings happen. We made a deal and she say that if I tell her my stories that she will take my photos a Write me a job resume. She finish her job site. So over the next 3 days, we went to Goodwill. She got me clothes. first day she took me with her to planet fitness and we both got showers. 2 day she got me a hotel. I took those clothes & I dressed up real nice. She took my pictures that night on the hotel wall. Fancy lights and all that she got. She wrote me a resume on her computer. Day 3, we went to the library an got a bunch of print offs. We took a bus all over the city handing out the paper. She got me my online account too. I got a job at the dollar general as a cashier after 2 weeks. She gone by then. I bought a car 6 months later. She taught me how to bath without a shower with a water bottle and showed me how to wash my clothes without money. Changed my life. I felt good looking good. I don’t have a good self esteem so you might never done see what I look like. I told her not to post em. Truth be so, I live in my car still. I’m comfy, I have a gym membership an I am a manager now in 2026. Her picture taken saved my life.

We work together a couple of years ago. This was during Covid. Everybody was out of money. Originally our session was an hour for $400. We kept rescheduling cause Covid was a scary time. The entire state had just locked up about two weeks before our appointment. This was scheduled since January. She let us get our family session in 30 minutes for $85. With Calista 30 minutes is more than enough time to get your family photos done. We got 42 photos back. I had individuals of every family member. I had groups of every person combination you could think of. And the kids look like they were having fun in such a scary time. I am just so grateful that she was able to do that for us. I know she’s worth more than $85. At the time with all of the uncertainty, in a way that kindness changed everything about Covid in the beginning. Unrelated she helped me get a turkey for Thanksgiving later in the year as she worked at a turkey factory. No that’s not related but she goes out of her way a lot for people she doesn’t really know.

Melanie here. I was really excited. Everything was amazing because her original pitch didn’t even feel like a sale. It felt like a conversation. I’ll be honest there was a moment during photographing. We’re in the beginning where I felt really awkward and out of place when I told her one of the poses was weird to me and I didn’t like it, She immediately changed me up. She made me laugh. She encouraged me to get a snack, which I did. We listen to some music. We got back at it. I really enjoyed myself. I love the photos. And I really loved being able to put something on my dating profile. I think the versatility of being able to have three outfits was super helpful. The biggest reason that I was nervous is because our shooting session was supposed to be seven minutes per outfit. She let me do 15 minutes for the first one because we reset because of that weird pose. And then once I realized what it was she let us take a five minute break in between after I got dressed and it was much easier after that. She gets you to relax. Have fun. I got a lot more photos back than I expected for seven minutes each outfit. I’m really happy with what I have. I highly suggest Calista.

She did ask me to come here to make a review. I did a boudoir photo shoot with here. I didn't see a space for comments there. My husband and I reconnected after gifting him the photos in a album. It really brought us closer. Also loved that she knew exactly what I needed to do with my body being more curvy than most.

Our recent photo shoot went really well. I loved the photos she took. I kind of always had this idea that a big camera meant more profession but she brought out this little lens she called a nifty fifty or something like that, it was so small. I know I said some rude things about it but I am so glad she dismissed my ego and restored my calm. This girl is magic! Love our family photos! She was so polite. I was worried because some vulgar language on her website but she did not once speak ill around my children. We cursed a little bit but she remained professional. I did ask her to reduce the size of my arms as well, she was able to do that. I just felt like the lens may have made them appear bigger than they were but just mine. She was happy to ablidge my requests. She also added makeup to my older daugther-in-law upon her request, she did the eye liner and eyelashes. It looked completely natural. She even got rid of her double chin. hehehe. Thank you Calista.

I can also say thank you so much for not posting my family on here either. I saw the other comment. I really appreciate respecting our request to keep our family private while still bringing us beautiful photos of my grandchildren. I cherish that I’m so happy to have them on my wall. And I appreciate you accommodating a space for my wheelchair and making me feel like I’m part of the family by not shaming me for my disability.
